JASON HULL
Jason Hull began his journey at Texas State University, where he pursued a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in History, with aspirations of becoming a high school coach. He competed as a member of the Texas State football team, but his path soon shifted toward a different kind of leadership—within the restaurant industry.
Jason quickly rose through the ranks to become a manager, discovering a passion for operations, development, and team building. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to make a greater impact, he launched his business journey in McAllen, Texas.
His dedication to teaching, developing, and mentoring others fueled his rapid advancement. He launched his Dallas office as a strategic move to grow the organization, with a clear vision to build one of the top-performing offices by developing future partners and leaders.
Today, Jason remains focused on expanding the organization by empowering individuals, nurturing talent, and building lasting partnerships.
EDGAR ESPINOZA
Edgar Espinoza, a McAllen, Texas native, spent 12 years as a personal trainer—a career fueled by his passion for helping clients achieve their goals and fostering growth, discipline, and development.
With a background in Business Marketing from South Texas College, Edgar combines strategic thinking with a strong work ethic, making him a valuable asset to the team. Now serving as a manager at Blue Code Development, he is quickly rising through the ranks, with clear goals of becoming a campaign manager and eventually leading his own division.
Outside of work, Edgar enjoys golf and reading, always seeking ways to improve both professionally and personally.
NARDA GARCIA
Narda is an outgoing and driven recruiter who brings energy and passion to the Blue Coat Development team. Originally from Weslaco, Texas, she is currently a sophomore at UTRGV, pursuing a degree in Communications. Narda thrives on growth and new experiences, always pushing herself to learn, connect, and create the best life possible.
With a clear vision for the future, she is committed to continuous self-improvement and aims to not just start her career, but to truly thrive in the years ahead. Narda’s enthusiasm for building meaningful relationships and her dedication to personal and professional growth make her an invaluable member of the team and the perfect addition to the Blue Coat Development team!
